New anchor position for spinners

imo spinners should be anchored to the center. That means center of the image should go the center of the screen.

It allows spinners that are as big as the screen. Right now the spinner gets cut off in all edges, which looks so bad especially on widescreen videos or storyboards. It could also solve the issue on wobbling spinners. (okay maybe not) xD

First you are probably talking about spinner-metre and spinner-background because spinner-circle is already centered. I think peppy is working on widescreen support for spinners.
Well actually it's kinda possible but as you are saying anchor position should be center of picture.

Please rethink what you just wrote...
Spinner-circles are wobbly not because background doesn't fits to screen, but because people can't make proper circles... and they have problems with positioning it in center of square...
