There is a website that you can use to generate a health bar a skin. I was wondering if I could use this element in my skin or would I have to make a health bar from scratch because I do not want to break any of the rules in these forums about mixing someone else's skin into my own.

the rule only prohibits posting mixed skin in this subforum, it's fine to mix skin and even share it, but do not do that here.
