As the title says; is there a way to do this? Right now we can choose how we want to skin our circle body and overlay, but is there any way to control the colors and hues of the slider bodies?

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but try to add this line in the skin.ini:
//Force a slider track to a certain colour.Obviously replacing 0 with the colour you wanna have.
SliderTrackOverride: 0,0,0
You can also add
SliderBorder: R, G, B
