- Even though they aren't that fast, I still think slider velocity changes in this difficulty level are a bit rough on players. Also you may want to increase the drain a bit.

- I don't really like the kiai time, i think its pointless and looks gimmicky. Also, increase drain a bit?

k I made all the changes but the y-axis/origin ones, and not those b/c i believe you should be able to center the map wherever you want so im creating my own "axis" and "origin" :P

Some of the inherited sections are too close to your notes. Space them on the ticks, halfway to the next note so you wont get the wrong sound.

first: the whistles are intentional
seond: the second wing is a copy of the first flipped horizontally and reversed. inconsistancies are because of the unequal weights between the slider end and the slider start that are native to osu!
