Was setting crazy top scores and passing huge milestones. Couldn’t stop playing, until a huge sting of pain went through my arm. I know, classic.
I always stretch before and after sessions, and usually take small breaks, but I was really on fire and didn’t want to lose my streak. Around halfway through playing a speed/endurance map this really stinging shock ran through my arm from my elbow to my wrist. I had some hand problems earlier in the year, but nothing with the whole arm. I stopped playing immediately in fear of it worsening, but it didn’t really help. It’s been around an hour or so, and every few minutes I get this excruciating pain throughout my arm, only lasting a fraction of a second. Took a warm bath to try to see if that would help, to no avail.
I know the basics: Don’t play osu for a few days, stretch, and use my arms less the next few days. Is there anything else I should do to ease the pain and prevent this from happening? Sorry for another “my arm hurts” post, appreciate the help.
