How do you full combo maps?

Do you have to hold every single long note for its full duration? I remember getting the full combo medal for 3 star mania just by missing 0 times, even though it wasn't the highest combo possible. Unless I've gone insane and I made this memory up, shouldn't this be the same for 4 star levels as well? I have 0 misses on a few 4 star beatmaps, and just a few combo off of the max amount, and I still haven't gotten the breakthrough medal. Whats going on here?

to get a full combo, you need to get 0 Bads and 0 Misses. combo is irrelevant

The fact that you need 0 bads is a little counterintuitive... it doesn't even break combo. I guess that makes sense why I don't have the medal then. TY

i personally agree with the bads counting as a miss in terms of combo breaks. if your getting bads, you're probably either mashing or not reading the chart correctly.

3K and 6K players do not exist.

bads shouldnt exist tbh, the window to hit them is so tiny yet so far away from perfect to the point it's basically a miss.
