I've written a kps tracker (overall and per-finger) as well as a sqlite based goal tracker for etterna.
I'd like to see a universal chart converter. Accepts .sm, .osz, .qp, etc. and outputs in any format you want. bonus points if you provide tools for managing mapset / chart difficulties as well (ie. grouping and splitting up sets). and even more bonus points if its open source without any windows dependencies so i can build it on linux.

Agka's game Raindrop also supports converting between a ton of formats:
