if you're talking about the hyperdash fruit, within your skin.ini under [catch the beat] change the rbg values on "HyperDashFruit"

if you're talking about the color of the fruit itself, that's not something that cane be changed within the skin.ini rather, you have to make, or recolor the fruit within your skin folder. (you have to change the color of each fruit, fruit-grapes, fruit-orange, fruit-pear, fruit-apple, and if you want, fruit bananas)
if you have any questions, just ask

i mean the fruit(actually it is ticks) is dashfruit but it without dash color

since I can't get a good look at the skin file, the best advice I could give is to use a different skin or try to experiment with some of the skin elements... sorry, wish I could've helped more
