So one of my focuses as a player has been trying to improve my speed (getting into 240+ streams and gaining consistency on them). I've been stuck on around 220-230 for a pretty long time at this point, but another issue I've noticed as of late is that my lower bpm (anything under 180-85) stamina is actually pretty trash as well. Would starting with fixing my lower bpm technique/stamina be a better idea rather than continuing to train just my higher bpm? For clarification, I can consistently stream 190-220 on just about any map, I'm just curious if working on lower bpms will also increase my max speed.
