Wait, what? yuiko + Meis Clauson for ending song? Song is "Bokura no Iro" featured in Primary's 9th album -1(minus one)

Easy - 100%
Normal - 100% Long time since I mapped a Normal
Hard - 100% Why can't I map like this on my Insane? -_-
Insane - 100%
Taiko - 100%

Long time since I submit something, let's try this.

As expected, I love Kamimura Hina's voice!

timing~
09:00 merchat7: Hey, if you're not busy, could I ask for a timing check on a beatmap?
09:00 Strawberry: np ^^
09:00 *merchat7 is listening to [http://osu.ppy.sh/b/196273 himawari - Engage (Short Ver.)]
09:00 merchat7: someone told me 4072, but I'm not sure
09:00 merchat7: the guitar sound a bit off at the beginning and end bit
09:00 merchat7: so maybe more red timing point is needed to adjust?
09:01 Strawberry: ok i'll check after this mod~
09:01 merchat7: alright ty :)
09:22 Strawberry: Timing is fine imo :>
09:22 merchat7: hm
09:23 merchat7: this note sound a bit too late 00:06:943 (1) - that's why maybe I should add a red line here
09:24 merchat7: 4072 feel better for me for the rest of the beatmap, but it makes that note really off, I originally had 4062, add +5 because of that
09:24 merchat7: person suggestion
09:25 Strawberry: umm
09:28 Strawberry: how about change the offset to 4057, and then add a red line on
09:28 Strawberry: 00:07:354 -
09:28 merchat7: hmm lemme test
09:33 merchat7: hm ok, just one last question at this part 01:48:450 - the guitar sound quite off, do you think I need to do something to fix this? I can
09:33 merchat7: play this part just fine like this, but it doesn't follow the guitar properly
09:37 Strawberry: Q__Q
09:37 Strawberry: idk.. ;_;
09:38 Strawberry: sry >//<
09:38 merchat7: lol ok np
09:38 merchat7: I'll try to search more opinion on that part
09:38 merchat7: feel free to post in thread so I can give you kudosu
09:38 Strawberry: ok ^^ good luck with rank~

Hey from ~ ★ Dake's and Irre's Modding Queue ★ ~ :)

You get two mods from me and DakeDekaane, this means you have to PM him, when you (maybe) changed my suggestions! Only then he can give you a second mod.

I think I start now :P

General

00:04:156 (1) - Why don't you start on the white tick? :c

Easy

00:25:436 (3) - Make this one straight, overall it looks better I guess.
00:28:723 (3,4) - It's nice that you tried to make something different, but you should avoid making sliders like these. They look a bit crumpy if they are little like this, and newbies might get confused.
01:25:436 (2) - Move this one a bit to the left, so it will look better with the previous slider.
01:36:121 (2) - Straight slider? Same reason as above.
01:47:627 (1) - Move the first white point like this, that it looks like a nice bow.
01:54:614 (2) - Instead of a reverse slider i recommend a circle and a normal slider, because it sounds a bit weird like this

Normal

Wow, really high SV for a normal!

00:10:641 (1) - http://puu.sh/2y92v Put a little curve as shown in the picture, so 5 won't touch it.
00:50:093 (1,2,3) - One of them has a wrong DS, because the distance between 1 and 2 / 2 and 3 isn't the same, fix it
00:52:559 (5,1) - Make these ones straight
00:55:847 (5) - http://puu.sh/2y96h Try this? :3
01:02:422 (5) - Move this a bit to the right, it's a bit too close to the edge imo.
01:30:573 (5) - I think three claps are a bit too much, two are enough
Also I suggest put some more claps, just for the consistency (they can be quiet though)
01:55:847 (4) - Move this one to x:156 y:292, then it will have a better flow with slider (3)

Muzukashii

I try to mod your taiko, but this is actually my first time XD (Could you please give me feedback if you didn't add it? it would be cool to know.)

Try this:
00:15:572 (1) - d
00:15:984 - k
00:16:189 - d
00:16:395 - d
00:16:600 - d
00:16:806 - k
00:17:217 - d

00:18:038 (2) - delete d
00:18:244 - d
00:18:038 (2) - add don
00:38:586 - move this d to 00:38:792 - ?
01:24:511 (3) - d
01:24:613 (1) - finish
01:40:333 (2) - add d (or kat, not sure)
01:41:052 - delete

Oni

well i looked through it once but as I said i'm not good in taiko modding.. sometimes it sounds weird, but maybe its on purpose i guess :c
(for exmaple: 00:43:518 (1,2,1) - i don't understand why they are there, it doesn't fit imo)

Hard

When I played this diff, something felt weird pretty often. Sometimes i just feel more like a circle, and a little break instead of putting a slider there, as a transition, I try to list them up here (-> put a circle instead of a slider)

00:30:367 (1) - 00:36:943 (4) - 00:43:518 (1) - 01:03:244 (1) - (if you added a circle 01:03:038 (8) - here)

00:38:175 - try this: 00:38:175 - circle
00:38:381 - slider from here to 00:38:792 -
00:38:997 - circle

instead of the current rhtyhm

01:00:778 (3) - mvoe this a bit to the left
01:03:038 (8) - add a circle
01:46:600 (5) - move this one to x:348 y:216 ?

Insane

First impression: very fun to play with these many jumps! but sometimes there is a weird DS, so i'm going to force on this, since the rhythm is fine for me :P (well i also got some suggestions there x)D

00:07:238 - add a circle, to make a full 'stream', it sounds more fun then :D
00:10:025 (4) - Add a clap on the slider begin, this double clap combo is something i like :3 it's up to you though
00:10:025 (4) - move to x: 320 y: 252
00:12:902 (1) - Clap on the slider end?
00:14:340 (1,2,3,4,5) - http://puu.sh/2yay1 try this?
00:20:505 (1,2,3) - Well, they sound a bit weird. I suggest a spinner or something like that.
00:22:971 (2) - Move this one to x: 204 y: 208?
00:30:264 (6) - Add a circle, just for more fun.
00:36:840 (5) - ^
00:36:943 (1) - I would put a single circle only here, for the same reason as in hard. (not going to mention this anymore)
00:45:984 (2) - Move this a bit downwards, so overall it looks like a better square?
00:46:806 (6) - This slider could look better, make a nicer bow :3
00:48:039 (4) - I would stack this with 1
00:48:245 (5) - ..and move this one a bit downwards
00:49:990 (5) - add a circle, stacked
00:53:382 (1) - Try removing this by something that fits the lyrics more
01:00:779 (3) - I would remove this 'jump', just use the normal DS you normally use.
01:03:245 (1) - Sorry for saying again, but a single circle would be better as well xDD
01:24:614 (1) - ^
Try this:
http://puu.sh/2yaN3
01:24:511 (5) - add a circle,
01:24:614 - ^
01:24:819 - ^, NC
01:37:354 (4,1) - ^ try to use the same idea as above
01:40:231 (4) - Keep the DS, it will be better imo

The rest is fine for me! I hope you can change some things, or find some good ideas. (Maybe i forgot to put some more double-clap hitsounds, if you like it you maybe find some more)

don't forget to pm dake if you updated for your second mod :P

good luck :3

General
00:04:156 (1) - I cannot hear any sound on the white tick so I start it a bit later to be with music.

Easy
00:28:723 (3,4) -I want to see more opinion on this. This slider shape is done for emphasizing purposes and of course for variety like you said.
01:47:627 (1) - Hm, I don't see a picture, but adjust a bit.
01:54:614 (2) - I guess you prefer me to follow the drums here. I prefer it like this since I feel this rhythm fits better with the guitar, but if more mention, I'll change this.

Normal
-The sv spread is 1.00>1.30>1.60>1.80 so I think this slider velocity fits well with spread.
-Regarding extra claps, unfortunately, with how I did the custom hitsound, this will require a bit of work to add. When listening to the mp3 (both full and short ver.), I can barely hear the claps at all and the part that I could hear it is where the claps are now. Perhaps I will reduce the volume of existing claps to fit with this logic.

00:52:559 (5,1) -A slight curve doesn't look bad here imo, if people are really bother by this, I'll consider changing it.
00:55:847 (5) - What about the notes after? This curve is done to fit with the placement of 00:57:285 (2,3) - so I feel doing a straight slider here is off unless I also change the others.
01:02:422 (5) - I believe this is still in the playable area, if there is a problem with other game modes like CTB for example, then be sure to tell me and I'll fix this.
01:30:573 (5) - Regardless of how many time I listen to this, I always hear 3 clap :S

Hard
- Hmm I prefer more opinion first, all the places you mention are cymbal sounds, and these sounds are normally long in term of length like the sound at 01:03:244, I could hear this cymbal sound until 01:04:271. This is why I decided to do sliders. I test with hit circles and while it didn't play particular bad, I feel it's simply a different way of mapping/different style. It also require a double check of all rhythm to make this logic consistent. If I see that most people find those sliders weird, I'll rework the rhythm based of your suggestions.
01:03:038 (8) -^
01:46:600 (5) -Want to have jump to slider

Insane

00:10:025 (4) -Hmm sorry, since there is no clap at this place in music, it sounds weird to me. Same with 00:12:902 (1) -
00:14:340 (1,2,3,4,5) - I tried this, but couldn't feel any real difference in term of flow. I place like this so that between 00:14:546 (2,4,6) - are all equal and thus, looks cleaner so I think I will keep current placement
00:20:505 (1,2,3) -I'll wait for more opinion
00:30:264 (6) I don't overmap :( Same for 00:36:840 (5) - 00:49:990 (5) -
00:36:943 (1) -I hear a sound on the red tick here and this part, I feel is more intense then the previous part, thus, I want all rhythm to be 1/2 or 1/4 apart (no pause). This is why I did this in the previous part and not in this section, to emphasize this change.
00:45:984 (2) -I'm not really looking at making a square
00:46:806 (6) - Code perhaps, I don't see a problem with it.
00:48:039 (4) - For me, when I play this, I feel (4) needs to more to the right. If your reason for doing this is so there is a bigger jump, I can definitely increase this, but I don't feel flow is right when stack with (1).
00:53:382 (1) - Listen to all the place you need to click here, it's all on the drum sound in music except for a few hit circles. I change the logic after 01:03:244 since I feel vocal is considerably more emphasized there. When doing the rhythm here, I find that placing the notes with the lyric wasn't very intuitive so I decide to focus on the drums instead.
01:24:511 (5) - There' a sound here, but it's 1/6 and I don't think it's intuitive.
01:24:614 - I prefer to keep this for a bit of rest after the jumps, same for 01:37:354 (4,1) -
01:40:231 (4) -I have always done jump on this sound, so don't see why not here too

I rarely ever overmap so I can't accept the suggestions to add streams at the part you mention. As for the slider > hit circle. Maybe we have different ideas on how to map parts with cymbal. For me, a strong sound or cymbal sound, to emphasize it, I would do a long slider over a pause. But maybe because I like to play beatmaps with hidden. Pause are always a pain to play in hidden.

Stuff I didn't reply to means I change or already address it in earlier reply. Don't be surprise if some stuff, I say I change, but when you check, it isn't since sometime, I find some stuff I changed wasn't a good idea when I look at it another day.

Hmm, that took a long time to reply, I'll be sure to reply to only those who ask for it next time :P

haha thanks for answering! :D

most of the time i just post suggestions, which are no need to be changed, so thats ok :)

good luck!

Hi again.
From my Modding Queue.

General
Looks good.

Easy
00:17:217 (1) - Why not place in y:60 to match with 00:15:573 (3) - ? The currently way they are placed is kinda ugly imo.
01:20:504 (4) - Could have been placed in x: 356 y: 124 to make symmetry, considering the whole combo 01:18:860 (2,3,4) - : http://puu.sh/2zlUU

Normal
00:27:901 (3) - Kinda nazi, but would be better if this was perfectly placed below 00:26:258 (1) - , in x:312 to be specific: http://puu.sh/2zm5T
00:50:915 (3) - I quite don't like the way the slider was placed on the grid, feels kinda "harsh" imo. Maybe something like this?

Hard
00:36:943 (1,2,3,4,5) - Hmm, I don't know, I found pretty hard to read them when testing this because of the overlaps. I first thought (4) was a slider so I was kinda uncomfortable when testing this again. The pattern is actually pretty good, but the overlaps ruin them imo. What do you think about it?
01:39:408 (1) - Would be better if you rotate this slider, so it won't touch with 01:38:586 (3) - .

Insane
From 00:50:093 - to 01:09:819 - I know the song pretty much repeats itself, but you could have worked on your patterns a bit more here. They are way too much repetitive, which makes that part kinda boring to play. And besides, this is an Insane, which means you can use almost every pattern here. From another look, the same beat appears in 01:44:340 - to 01:57:490 - and it's pretty nice to play it. Of course you followed the guitar there, but it's just to get my point.
Nothing much I can add here.

Here:
Good luck!

Adjust most of the stuff you mentioned, about Insane; can you be a bit more specific on which patterns you find repetitive? Is there a particular pattern you think I should do? Right now, I don't really feel this part is repetitive, but looking at it from a more objective point of view, I can think of two things. Rhythm and the straight sliders.

I did variate the rhythm a bit by focusing one half on drums, one half on vocal so the two parts should feel different. Also this part, with how the music sound to me, I feel it should be mainly slider, so I'm not too fond of changing to hit circles, although I have some ideas. How I map is normally, rhythm follows drums, flow follows vocal which is the case here. As for straight sliders, I pretty much did one combo straight sliders, one combo, curved sliders so it shouldn't feel too repetitive.

So assuming you want me to variate a bit more in rhythm, I can try to adjust some sliders to hit circles. If you find the placement a bit repetitive, tell me which in particular and if possible some ideas, e.g. a image, a example from a beatmap etc. or just a general description of how you think it should be would be really helpful to me. This part is actually my favorite part of the song and when I play this, I mainly listen to how awesome the singing here is so maybe that's the reason why I'm not too bothered by the patterns here as I want it to just flow so I can enjoy the vocal and not really be something challenging (pretty calm part of the song with exception to the singing, which I find has the most emotion here).

Thanks for star!
787B
The placement doesn't need to be changed, in fact it's actually very good. The point is by using most of the time sliders, while I thought you could have balanced between circles and the sliders itself, just like you said. Although I got really concerned about it, it's great to see your reasons for doing it. I actually never thought about the "emotion" part here, in which you said to be calm and not challenging, still keeping in mind this is an Insane. I tend myself a bit to think Insanes shouldn't use simple patterns, so this was the main reason it bugged me out.
With this said, and by understanding your reasons, I don't think there's anything you should change on it, so my apologies for the "misunderstanding". I should have been more specific and asked your reasons for using those patterns at first. Glad I could help.

It's my turn to mod this ;3
Here I go.

[General]
I'll suggest mostly aesthetical stuff, as I didn't find bad/weird things in other aspects :3 (Unless I point them out of course).

[Easy]
You could use tickrate 2 for this, to make it consistent for all difficulties.
00:32:011 (3) - You could make this curve a bit softer and looks like leading better to (4) (here I made a blanket for (2), but you can make it as you consider better if you have another idea).
00:36:943 (1) - Same for here, you may soften this curve a bit
00:50:093 (1) - This slider may looks better if it was a straight one, giving a nice symmetrical pattern with the previous slider.
01:25:436 (2) - This could be look better if it was a blanket, this goes for all sliders like this.

Somehow nazi stuff below, feel free to follow or not
00:23:792 (1,2,3) - Move (1) 1 grid up, (2) 1 grid left and (3) 1 grid down, to form a near perfect triangle.

[Normal]
00:56:463 (1,2) - These sliders looks a bit bad for me, soften the curve a bit, at least to make both borders visible.
01:07:354 (3,5) - This overlap looks quite bad as the end of (5) is covered by the body of (3) (it's noticeable in-game), I suggest something like this.
01:22:970 - You could make something like this to keep following vocals, like you did for 01:21:532 (1,2). (You will need to adjust those green lines, I think). It played a bit weird because you pass from vocals to percusions in the same combo. As alternative you delete (5) in my pattern and extend (4).

01:36:121 - As above.

[Hard]
00:42:696 (3) - This looks odd, as the spacing for 00:42:696 (3,4) isn't the same as 00:41:874 (1,2). Maybe make a pattern like this.
00:44:340 (3) - This is a quite bad-looking as the end is being covered by 00:43:929 (2). Taking advantage of this part leading to a long jump, move this slider to x:164 y:252, it's quite jumpy, but the jump in 00:44:751 (4,5) justifies it a bit.
00:58:107 (4) - Soften a bit this curve.
00:59:956 (1,3) - The end of (3) overlapped by (1) is not nice. Move it elsewhere, use a pattern like you did in 01:07:970 (5,6), or maybe this.
01:45:984 (4) - Soften a bit this curve.

[Insane]
00:46:395 (4) - I'd prefer stack this with 00:45:984 (2). If you do, remember fix the placement of 00:46:190 (3,5), I suggest putting 00:46:190 (3) in x:180 y:204 and 00:46:601 (5) around x:136 y:292.
01:16:909 (4,5) - Make shorter the jump, though I'd prefer something like this.

01:17:628 (9) - This may be mistaken by a 1/4 slider, you should use a higher multiplier here.
01:45:368 (4,5) - Delete this, there's no noticeable sound in the music.
01:46:806 (1,2,3,4,5) - This stream should be snapped in 1/3.
01:48:450 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This should be in 1/3 too, the difference is big noticeable in comparison with the next stream, that goes faster in the music and it really is in 1/4.
01:49:271 (9) - This slider could sound better if it was a 1/2 or 3/4 slider with no repeats, it fits better with the guitar imo.

[ReySHeL's Muzukashii]
Just one thing.
00:49:682 (1) - This could be K to give a bit more emphasis to the last D.

I think that's all from my part, good luck /o/

I find tick rate 2 looks really horrible at low slider velocity so I normally do slider tick 1 for Easy. About the slider that you want me to soften the curve, when I curve a slider, especially in easier diffs, I normally want you to feel that the slider is curved since I normally do this for emphasizing purposes. The guitar at the ending bit has an inconsistent rhythm. I am certain it is not 1/3. I'll probably ask an opinion from someone experienced before this is ranked.

Thanks for mod!
