I completely agree, an osu!mania tournament would be awesome.

Guys, osu!mania has been pushed not so long ago and is still not finalized (HD mod, where r u). Give it some time for players to get better and for the game to be finalized.

No maps are ranked for o!m even, what do you expect do play? Autoconverts? lol

I would wait until May 2013 or so to start the tournament, so there are ranked mania maps which are also good.
If you were actually serious about this, the idea of an o!m tourney might motivate some mappers to make decent o!m maps to be played on this tourney; which would help give the whole o!m mapping community a big push forward and help the game mode grow faster.

I believe it's way too soon to organize an osu!mania tournament, the scoring system has been live for only 3 weeks. Plus, osu!mania may still have bugs.
Definitely too soon, maybe later in the upcoming year.
