[duplicate] Divide chat & notifications (site)

Would be better and cleaner if messages weren't shown under notifications, but on chat only category.

Notifications should be for forum/discussion replies only, chat for its' own thing.
Also would be better to open a smaller window when clicking on chat (like a preview window), like it is when clicking on notifications, rather than being dragged in a whole other, chat only site.
This might've been mentioned already somewhere, if so I apologize as I rarely roam around these corners of forum.

It's only like this temporarily. See peppy's comment on: https://github.com/ppy/osu-web/issues/5773

Feel free to also request the preview window thing on the GitHub repo. That is currently where web issues/proposals are being tracked.
