New FPS limiter [duplicate]

I think there should be another FPS limiter about 500 fps or even custom.

- 120 FPS gives bad movement (anti-aliasing)
- if you choose unlim FPS, there is a big load of videocard and CPU.

Choose fps limit by write number in option, that would be the best solution.
