Allow choosing the city displayed on user panel

This request is on behalf of VelperK (who thinks his English is muy malito)

So as pretty much everyone knows, the city displayed in your userpanel when you have it enabled is quite inaccurate, and can even change by day. Why not allow users to enter their own city to display? People might use this to fake their location, sure, but the current city is already so inaccurate that it might as well be faked.

I really want such a thing! I live in Magadan, but because of the connection to the server via a cell phone, the game shows I live in Moscow. All is good, and I would not pay attention to it, unless you consider that the distance between Moscow and Magadan 5911 kilometers by air and 10,080 kilometers by road. To be honest, I was a "little" confused this error, and therefore want set my location manually.

Support, I live in UK > Cornwall > Wadebridge, however it always displays random parts of London due to the fact my ISP is in london and doesn't care for giving accurate locations.

I'm not having any problems with my location. It always says United States...
But if other people are having problems with it I guess I'll support :|

It's pretty accurate for me when not using a mobile net.

I like the actual way because every day I discover a totally unknown city in my country, I find it fun lol
But why not, as long as we can choose between automated location and manual one
