The point of having 20 votes was to allow people to vote for as many separate beatmaps as they want.
You can vote once for Shinto Shrine, but that's it.

How about thinking of an actual concept and explaining some stuff in OP?

I mean, it won't be much of a tournament if you just choose 7 random guys and let them play a single multi match.

the tournament date should be made by you, this will shorten the time and the probability of player lose interest on this tournament.

as I said, send a message to all user with the date and just make sure to get a affirmative reply, if not, discuss with all players on message to have a certain time that is available for everyone.

I'm not sure what to do right now. I have a lot going on (don't worry, the tournament is still happening) I'm just deciding on what I should do, then I can pick a date.
