It's either :
You didn't hit all the slider ticks (if it had one), or you didn't hit the big notes properly. I assume you finished the spinner properly (if it had one).
From what I'm seeing, it could most likely be sliders-
sliders tend to do that sometimes and can affect your score greatly when it comes to performance
