hello I published 4 beatmaps and when I go on the interface to publish a new one, the game tells me that I am not the owner of the beatmap whereas if. you can only publish itthat four?

Your uploaded maps will automatically move to the graveyard after you don't update them for about a month, and you'll be able to upload more.
But that's not what the error you're getting is about (although 4 is the limit for people without ranked maps). Follow this guide to fix the problem and you'll be able to upload the map when one of your uploaded maps goes to the graveyard.
