Hidden Only Tournament is a tournament where all maps will be played with Hidden or Hidden/DoubleTime.

  1. This is a 2v2, osu!standard tournament.
  2. This is an international tournament.
  3. The rank restriction for this tournament is 1000 - 10000, with BWS applied.
  4. The BWS formula for the tournament is rank^0.9937^badges^2.
  5. The tournament will be played with ScoreV2.
  6. The tournament will have a qualifier stage followed by a double elimination bracket stage.
  7. All match times are in UTC.
  8. Staff reserves the right to change any names that are deemed inappropriate.
  9. No staff members are allowed to play in the tournament except for streamers, commentators, and graphic designers.
  10. Roster changes are permitted as long as they are done before the registration deadline. Only the captain is permitted to edit their rosters.
  11. Any name changes must be reported to hosts immediately.
  12. All players are required to join the discord and verify themselves as this is the primary way of communication with players.
  13. Inappropriate behavior, misconducts, or cheating will result in disqualification and blacklist in future iterations. Be nice and play fair :)

  • General Information

  1. Qualifiers will consist of a 4 HD/2 HDDT mappool. The top 32 teams by qualifier seeding will make it to the bracket stage.
  2. Round of 32 and Round of 16 will consist of a 8 HD/ 3 HDDT / 3 TB mappool and will be Best of 9.
  3. Quarterfinals/Semifinals will consist of a 10 HD/ 4 HDDT / 3 TB mappool and will be Best of 11.
  4. Finals/Grand Finals will consist of a 12 HD/ 5 HDDT / 3 TB mappool and will be Best of 13.
  5. There are no bans in the qualifiers, but one ban is permitted starting from the Round of 32.

    Qualifier Rules

  6. The match lobby will be created by the referee. Team captains will receive invites; if the team captain is not available, then the referee will invite any player that is online. The invited player has the responsibility to invite their team into the lobby.
  7. Teams have 10 minutes past the start time to join the lobby. If teams fail to join within the allotted time, the captain is responsible to reschedule their team to another lobby.
  8. The maps will be played in the order as they are listed on the sheet twice. The team's best attempt on each map will be taken.
  9. In the event of any disconnects, the player(s) who disconnect will be allowed to replay the map after the lobby by themselves.
  10. 2 players from each team must be present on each map, and teams are free to switch in or out players between maps. Teams may play with different players on the second attempt of a map.
  11. Should teams feel satisfied with their performance on the first runs of a map, they are permitted to selectively skip maps on the second attempts of the maps.
  12. After you finish playing all the maps in your lobby, your team's total score will be added up. You will then be given a percentage score on how well you did relative the rest of the teams in Qualifiers. Your points given will be per mod, and then be added to given your overall percentage score. The team with the best score on a map will receive 100%, with all other teams getting percentages relative to the top score. The top 32 teams by average percentage will qualify. Teams will be seeded based on their performance in the qualifiers.
  13. Teams are discouraged from sharing MP Links, so as to prevent seed manipulation.

    Bracket Stage Rules

  14. The match lobby will be created by the referee. Team captains will receive invites; if the team captain is not available, then the referee will invite any player that is online. The invited player has the responsibility to invite their team into the lobby.
  15. Teams have up to 10 minutes past the match time to show up. Should they not show up, they forfeit the match.
  16. Once all players have joined, captains will be asked to roll. The winner of the roll may elect to pick first or pick second. Warmups are allowed, up to a maximum of 4:30 total time (it can be longer if everyone in the lobby is okay with it). It doesn't really matter who picks the warmups first.
  17. Once warmups are over, the captain on both players' teams will !roll for pick and ban order. The higher roll will ban second and pick first.
  18. Teams have 90 seconds to select a map; if they fail to choose in the allotted time, the map choice will pass to the other team. This will have no effect on the order of picks afterward. The same is for bans.
  19. Teams have no restrictions in terms of picks or bans. (For example, teams can pick HDDT more than once in a row)
  20. Once the map choice is locked in, players will have 90 seconds to ready up. The referee will start the match when all players are ready. If the 90 seconds timer ends, the referee will force an !mp start 15 command, and the match will start with whoever is in the lobby.
  21. NF will be enforced on all maps, to prevent teamfails from happening.
  22. In the case of a tiebreaker, both players will roll. The higher roll will get the first ban, while the lower roll bans the second tiebreaker. The teams will play the last remaining tiebreaker.
  23. All players must play with tiebreaker with Hidden. Players are allowed, but not forced, to use additional mods on tiebreaker. Players may use HR or EZ. No additional bonuses are given for EZ.
  24. In the case of a disconnection, common sense will be applied: if proof exists of the disconnected player's score (or a rough estimate of their hypothetical score if they finished the map), it will be added to their team's total score; if it is at all ambiguous, the other team will get the point; if the disconnection occurred in the first few seconds, the map will be replayed.
