This diff could use some polishing. Modding can do quite a bit, but self modding is recommended here. Try to polish some pattern in this diff.
- Kiai time, if you want to use soft sampleset, you need a custom hitsound to follow the bass drum or hitsound is too soft. Here's a custom bass drum sound I used for one of my beatmap http://puu.sh/1XExT. Be sure to change timing point to s:c1. Put it on every white tick and do this for every part during kiai time Nice sound

You need to add a custom bass drum or increase the volume of the soft-sampleset section when bass drum plays. Soft-hitclap is too soft at 60% volume. This is really important, the only hitsound I can really hear is the finish, all other hitsound sound too soft and hitsounding sound empty because of this.
Try to polish Hard some more. Be sure to follow my hitsound suggestions for Insane, I consider it a pretty big issue which should be taken care of. I really like Easy & Normal, good job there.
Some issues, but main reason I cannot star is that you haven't star any other people map. This breaks my starring policy, if you mod a good map, please give a star.
