mm mentioned this a while ago and I just remembered that, so I'll make a formal request here. A zoom tool in the editor could be very useful for the creation of elaborate sliders. With such an implementation, it would be possible to manipulate large sliders, whose points extend well beyond the editor's window, without having to either rely on scaling (inaccurate) or moving a slider around just to be able to access different points (extremely cumbersome).
As an extremely crap example, the shaded box represents the visible mapping area, with the slider's control points extending well beyond it.
Being able to zoom out would make everything outside of the visible area controllable, thus enabling the user to keep large sliders in place. It likely wouldn't have any use beyond this, but given that such sliders feature in many maps, it could be a huge boon to fans of elaborate slider construction.
