Is there any way to disable the "circularness" of the slider on editor? I'd like to deisgn my own sliders, thank you very much.

For now, just use 4 points or more and the sliders should return to how they used to be, AFAIK. The new circly slider algorithms are still a WIP though, so they'll probably be changed to be more intuitive.

Yes, the circular sliders only work with 3 points. Any more than that and it's automatically disabled, so that's what you'll have to do for now.

Although to be honest, I love this feature. Being able to easily do stuff like this - http://puu.sh/1n3nn ?

It's great

EDIT: just realized you can turn this off by also going into the .osu file itself and changing the code.

on a line for a slider, circular sliders are denoted with a "P" while regular sliders are marked with "B"

It was more satisfying to make perfect sliders before the new feature because you actually had to invest some work in it. But now you safe a lot of time ofcourse. Additionally: 56.

Features that allow you to do things with less work are always welcome but it should never come with the cost of taking away old functionality. How can this possibly exist without a toggle, this shouldn't be like it. Keep the old functionality and add this new one as an optional thing.

You can still have 3-point beziers by using a red control point for the 3rd one...
...but I liked being able to place the center of the circle precisely, as it helps making blankets (it was like that in a previous version).
