How do top players do both HD and FL?

I've seen so many top players on the leaderboards doing both Hidden and Flashlight mods on many maps and would end up SS them.
I tried to do this technique many times, but after a bunch of plays i would end up missing a bunch of fruits or drp.
Is there a certain way to master this technique? or am i just clueless : P

Most users memorise for FL. There are some however who use exploits like gamma toggling or dual screen or clever skins etc. For HDFL if the song is barely above 200 combo it's still possible to memorise cuz 100-200 combos it's technically visible on default settings. It becomes fishy when it's like 500+ combo on HDFL or HRFL & the person has only 13 retries. Could be an offline user who comes online to submit scores, but it's hard to blame one for suspecting some form of meddling.
