as you can see here, it would be better to skin the rotating lights behind the letter scores. <3

Is bad because peppy said so, and who wouldnt want to have even MORE skin elements? (say a reason why not)
I like those lights, but trying to change them would be cool. Maybe a beautiful touhou pattern...
Good ideas should be promoted. Lets give this guy the awesome feeling of knowing that he changed osu!
