Currently there is an offline installer, but it runs on Stable Fallback. This is good for people who have insufficient hardware to play the newer versions, but poses several problems for me, a player with sufficient hardware but incapable to connect it to the internet due to technical issues. The machine I'm writing this from can't run the new installer, so using it to copy the files over is out.

I've hit several issues with skins in mania on Stable Fallback. Most notably, more then half of the ones I've tried don't work at all. The ones that do work use the long note head graphic for the tail, which gets confusing when I'm trying to push more advanced(for me anyway) LN maps. There are other annoying issues, such as 10K using wrong graphics(S121212121 or 1212112121 instead of 12S2112S21) on some skins, keybinds being skin-specific, inability to set an alternate key for +1 styles, inconsistent behavior when trying to center the playfield of a skin which uses SplitStages:1, and many other that I'm too tired to list. Presumably none of which will be fixed because Stable Fallback is officially abandoned(and I don't expect You to, it's way behind what You're working on right now).

Therefore, please provide a second offline installer with a newer version. I'd prefer Stable 20190906.1 or newer because this is the release that implements Mirror mod, but I'll take anything with working skins.

EDIT: And now my Stable Fallback install crashed, losing a handful of scores, including my first two S ranks on LV.7 10k maps.

EDIT2: And I found a bug: Random never moves the first lane in 10k. This sucks because many controller-centric maps in BMS(regardless of keycount)put jacks there. Thats why most BMS singles players play with thumb on 1. The best example is FREEDOM DIVE NM LV.4 from 10K2S Collection 2. Random somewhat alleviates this, but keyboard-centric maps just feel so much better to play. This is one of the reasons why I quit BMS for o2jam back in the day, and now I strongly prefer maps made by mania players over BMS converts whether 10k, 9k or 7k. I wish there were a lot more of them(both players and maps) but there's just not enough content, so I have to make do with converts. Today I remembered that random is a thing, and tried to use it to make them suck less, and failed.
