  1. This is a country-based, world cup style tournament.
  2. This is a 3v3, osu! standard tournament.
  3. The rank range is 100 to 999. BWS will not be used for rank range enforcement.
  4. The tournament will be played in scorev2.
  5. The tournament will hold a maximum of 32 countries for teams.
  6. Teams will be seeded by qualifier results (sorted by sum of all scores from a team).
  7. Qualifiers will be done by playing through an 10-map pool twice (4NM/2HD/2HR/2DT). Three players from your team will be in for each map.
  8. The top 16 teams from qualifiers will move on to a double elimination bracket.
  9. Grand Finals will have a bracket reset if the team coming from loser's bracket wins the first match.
  10. Players who are not in the rank range are allowed to register. However, if they are not strictly within the rank range by the time registration ends, their registration will be removed.
  11. After registration ends, players are allowed to leave the rank range to any extent.
  12. Match schedules and mappools will be released on the Monday before those matches should be played.
  13. Match schedules will be written in UTC.
  14. Staff members are not allowed to play in the tournament, other than streamers and commentators.

  1. Registration: March 16 ~ April 5
  2. Team Submission: April 5 ~ April 19
  3. Player Screening: April 5 ~ April 19
  4. Qualifiers: April 25 ~ April 26
  5. Round of 16: May 2 ~ May 3 | Best of 9
  6. Quarter Finals: May 9 ~ May 10 | Best of 11
  7. Semi Finals: May 16 ~ May 17 | Best of 11
  8. Finals: May 23 ~ May 24 | Best of 13
  9. Grand Finals: May 30 ~ May 31 | Best of 13

  1. The captain for each country will be selected by the hosts during registration.
  2. Teams will range from 5 to 6 members.
  3. After registrations end, each captain will be privately sent the list of players who signed up from their respective country.
  4. After registrations end, it is the captain's responsibility to create a team for their country and submit it to the hosts during the Team Submission phase (see schedule above).
  5. All members of the team must be registered for the tournament, which can only be done during the Registration phase (see schedule above).
  6. If a player did not register for the tournament during the Registration phase, they will NOT be allowed to play the tournament. There are no exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.
  7. The captain may designate another person on the team as captain when they submit their roster.
  8. The captain is allowed to not put themself on the team if they think it is right to do so, but they are still responsible for submitting their country's roster to the tournament hosts as well as designating someone on the roster as the new captain.

  1. The match lobby will be created by the referee, and the team captains of both teams will be invited. The captain is then responsible for inviting the rest of their team. If the captain of a team is not online, the referee will invite any other player from that team, and that player will be responsible for inviting their team.
  2. Teams have a strict 15 minute grace period to have at least 3 players available to play the match. If 15 minutes pass and a team does not have enough players to play the match, the other team will receive a win by default unless a reschedule is agreed upon within a timely manner.
  3. At the start of the match, both captains roll. The roll winner bans first and picks second, and the roll loser bans second and picks first. The warmup order is the same as the ban order (but honestly the warmup order is not a big deal).
  4. The referee can give host to the players for warmups only. The referee will have host for the entire match after warmups. A team will select a map by naming the map in the multiplayer chat for the referee to select.
  5. Warmup maps can not exceed a duration of 4:30.
  6. The referee is not allowed to play in the match.
  7. Each team is allowed 2 bans per match. Banned maps are effectively removed from the mappool for the duration of the match and are not allowed to be picked. A team is allowed to ban 2 maps from the same mod pool.
  8. Teams have 2 minutes to select a map; if they fail to choose in the allotted time, the map choice will pass to the other team. This will have no effect on the order of picks afterward.
  9. For freemod picks, at least 2 players per team will have to choose a unique mod. Mods allowed are Hidden, Hard Rock, Flashlight, and Easy. HR and HDHR do not count as unique mods from one another.
  10. Freemod scores done with the Easy mod will be multiplied by 1.75.
  11. Players are allowed, but not required, to use mods on tiebreaker maps.
  12. Once the map choice is locked in, players will have 2 minutes to ready up. The referee will start the match when all players are ready. If the 2 minute timer ends, the referee will force an !mp start 15 command, and the match will start with whoever is in the lobby.
  13. The winner of a map is determined by which team's three scores add up to a higher number. Basically, that just means failed scores count.
  14. If all players on a team are failing at the same time (team fail), common sense will be applied: if the team that failed was clearly (very obviously) going to win the map, they will get the point; if it is at all ambiguous, the other team will get the point; if the fail occurred in the first few seconds, the map will be replayed.
  15. In the case of a disconnection, common sense will be applied: if proof exists of the disconnected player's score (or a rough estimate of their hypothetical score if they finished the map), it will be added to their team's total score; if it is at all ambiguous, the other team will get the point; if the disconnection occurred in the first few seconds, the map will be replayed.

Qualifiers:

  1. All the rules found above will be in effect during the qualifier lobbies. However, you will have 10 minutes to show up instead of 15. Qualifier lobbies will also be Head to Head instead of Team vs, and there are no bans or warmups.
  2. Each team will be playing by themselves in a qualifier lobby. Captains will have to discuss with the team to see which time works best and submit that time by Friday 23:59 UTC. There will be a reminder on Thursday morning to the teams that have not selected a time yet. Any teams that do not select a time to play by the deadline will be disqualified.
  3. In the lobby, the team will play through the ENTIRE mappool in the order given on the mappool sheet. This means you will play through the nomod maps, then hidden, then hard rock, then double time.
  4. You will play through the pool TWICE.
  5. In the event of any disconnects, the player(s) who disconnect will be allowed to replay the map after the lobby by themselves.
  6. You will have 3 players in the lobby from your team at a time. You may switch players in and out during the match however you like.
  7. After you finish playing all the maps in your lobby, your team's best total score per map will be added up. You will then be given points on how well you did in comparison to the rest of the teams in Qualifiers. Your points given will be per mod, and then be added to give you your country's total points. The lower your points, the better.
  8. The bracket stage will be seeded into 16 teams based on your Qualifiers performance. This means that a country placed at rank 16 in points will be facing the country that placed at rank 1 in points.
