Impossible.
Unless you haven't map anything yet, or the part you cut doesn't have any object inbetween, you'll have to at least remap or change the offset once. Also, cut by your own (except cutting the silent part in intro or outro) and you'll also have trouble with metadata which I don't really think you have any idea about it. In conclusion, just map the old one first before knowing anything else.
