- If you're stuck in acc, try to play with HR mod. I know it's harder, but sometimes it helps you to improve your acc.
- If you're stuck in some pattern, try to read it carefully, or you can go to map editor and then see more detail about the pattern.
You're very new to the game- you aren't stuck. keep practicing and improving your accuracy on things you can S rank or are very close to S-ranking, and you'll move up

there might only be two reasons why you can't improve
-you can't read maps as well as others, but tbh I don't see how hard can a 4* map to be read nice and easily.
-your fingers are at your limit but this literally only happen if you play like 6* plus maps.

Contrary to this, don't brute-force improvement, you'll set yourself back with bad habits that may be difficult to move past. Just keep doing what you're doing, mashing out scores on easier 4-5star charts isn't going to help you improve
