Did you seriously believe the user didn't know how to drag select objects on the timeline?

Maybe so, a more useful feature would be double clicking to select an entire combo.

Edit: I wouldn't mind making a new feature request for this feature. It would save at least a second that it would take to select the entire combo, more if it was a combo that you had to scroll to select. It may not seem like much, but it would make life easier (especially when avoiding scrolling).
