Advice on hitsounding

Been working on a map for some time now. I'm currently working on hitsounding my dancer difficulty of https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1070001#osu/2239761

I'm generally new to hitsounding and I feel like my hitsounds are kind've wonky so any adivce/tips would be greatly appreciated.

For kick sound, i suggest just use soft/drum hitnormal.
For snare/clap sound, using soft/normal hitclap is the best idea for most case, because it's more high-pitched and a bit louder than hitnormal.
Anything cymbal will use soft/normal hitfinish since it's the loudest of the hitsound.
Soft/Drum hitwhistle will be used for a specific melody (vocal, piano... depends on what the main thing is in each part)

That's just my common sense about hitsounding, maybe some won't be right, but you get the point.
