Hello there!

Here’s a summary of tasks from the NAT meeting 2020-01-18, “Application Evaluation”. This includes Clearer Application Mod Requirements, Checking Mods in BN Evaluations and Applications and Letting BNs Resigning on Good Terms More Easily Rejoin.

Clearer Application Mod Requirements ✓
  1. Improve bnsite application by including:
    1. A comment field for new applicants, so they can better explain their modding style and possible improvements to the mapset ✓
    2. A "Would you nominate this map? If not, why?" checkbox ✓
  2. If necessary, edit wiki to document changes. ✓

Letting BNs Resigning on Good Terms More Easily Rejoin
  1. Apply taiko's care package to all gamemodes
  2. Document what taiko's care package actually is, including:
    1. Those who left on good terms within the past year: no cooldown or mod score requirements. However they must have some activity in the gamemode past 3 months such as modding or ranking maps.
    2. Those who left on good terms over a year ago: Allow them to rejoin after showing above average (4-5 mods as opposed to normal 3) modding activity within the last 30 days.
    3. That leaving on good terms means that you'd pass an evaluation when you retired
    4. Specifying the amount of activity required for both situations

If we’ve missed a task related to the meeting, or you have questions or concerns about existing tasks, feel free to post in this thread. We won’t follow it very actively, however, so responses may be infrequent.
