Here’s a summary of tasks from the NAT meeting 2019-12-29, “Responsibilities of the NAT”. This includes the NAT Cores Proposal and ways to enforce NAT activity requirements.

Here’s a summary of tasks from the NAT meeting 2019-12-29, “Responsibilities of the NAT”. This includes the NAT Cores Proposal and ways to enforce NAT activity requirements.
NAT Cores Proposal (Deadline 2020-02-01) ✓
- Create a list of areas the structural core covers ✓
- Add a 4th core, “Communication”, for transparency between NAT and BNs ✓
- Create documents in external folders first, add to wiki later ✓
- Add to list of topics relevant for future handbooks and guides
- Update NAT wiki page with list of current NATs and their main workfields ✓
NAT Activity Requirements ✓
- Start checking modding activity of NAT members, 3 mods per month ✓
- Implement NAT cards for evaluation every 3 months, similarly to BNs ✓
- Document the following information about activity requirements:
- Minimum is 3 mods per month ✓
- Failing results in a warning, then removal, like with BNs ✓
- NAT working on special projects are excluded from checks ✓
-Contact Noffy for special project approval (include goal and deadline)
-Exception may be revoked if delayed for too long
