i'm looking for tablet for playing osu and drawing which one i should buy?

price for ctl-480 (used) is about 1,000thb (35$)
and ctl-472 is 1600 (55$)

I thought I was going crazy. Someone made a thread asking the same thing about buying a new ctl472 or used ctl480. Weird.
