Plays good, yet Graphic is almost random.... So:
-Try to not have parts with partial overlaps
-Try using Shaped patterns ( like Hexangons, Pentagons, Triangles) done with circles or Arched patterns ( Hits positioned like curves)
-try to use more precise shapes of sliders, don't use long linears slider. Use this post as reference on how to make them

[Insane] ( i suggest you to try and remap...)
-Some parts are generally to fast, neither some don't follow music this good and some parts are really overmapped...
-Try to not have parts with partial overlaps
-Try using Shaped patterns ( like Hexangons, Pentagons, Triangles) done with circles or Arched patterns ( Hits positioned like curves)
-try to use more precise shapes of sliders, don't use long linears slider. Use this post as reference on how to make them

At first I though the hitsounds were wierd but I like how you would used one, then the other, and then a combo/mix of the two (or more) that's actually really pleasing to the ear.

Er, what's with the use of custom hitsounds in the editor when there are no hitsound files?

Normal:
00:15:795 (1,2) - Neither of these are symmetric. They don't have to be, but if you want it like that make the asymmetry more pronounced. Also, these two should be copies of each other.
00:21:670 (2,3,1) - You could easily put in a pattern of some kind here
00:23:767 (3,4,5) - ^
00:27:544 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - ^, how about a nice hexagon or star or something? Right now it lacks coherence of any kind.

00:50:201- place a circle here, and make this and (4) have claps.

Why do you have a Taiko BG if you dont have a Taiko diff? Taiko BG wont show up unless you actually add it to a diff

Hitsounds seem too quiet, and looking at timing shows they're down to 60-80% on average. Crank them up a bit.

Normal:
- 00:50:830 (1): Move forward 1/2 a beat.
- 02:16:635 (3): Try changing this to a slider 3/4 of a beat long, with the endpoint at - 02:16:949 and a rebound to 02:17:264.
- 03:00:271 (1,2,3,4,5,6): Select all of these, then drag 1 to match up horizontally with the previous 5 circle.

Pereira's Hard:
- The numerous 1/4 rebounding sliders are weird and don't match the lyrics or beat well. Cut down on some of them by either removing them or getting rid of some of the rebounds.
- 01:30:691 (3): Shorten by 1/4 or change to two circles.

Insane:
- 00:34:572 (1 through 8): I don't think this combo matches the lyrics or beat well.
- 02:57:124 (1): Doesn't need to be a new combo.

Inhuman:
