Yes, I enable pointer precision (windows)
I just don't feel like getting used to turning it off yet (ie. failing 1 star songs for days/weeks)

Windows default mouse speed (no acceleration),
Osu! 2.0x speed(no precision).

I could do it the other way around, but since I map, I don't find it convenient to change my mouse speed everytime I want note placement precision

. So making the Osu! mouse speed high enough solves the problem

.

I use:
4.0 in windows config.
4.0 in osu!config.
Precision mode on in both.
1600x1200 monitor resolution.
and my mouse is of the laser variety.

3.7, necessary, tiny desk/mousepad. I got used to it eventually. And it lets me spin pretty well on long spinners.

Speed: the middle one

osu! precision mode: on
0.5x in osu! on 640x480 screen (yeah! I'm one of those people stucked but good at small screen reso's)
^ and can spin at 390-440 spins per minute within a few seconds..

Generic optical retractable mouse that costs SGD 20+ (about USD 15+). Dpi varies since I have more than one of 'em. Might consider buying a cheaper basic mouse (Logitech M90, 1,000dpi).

Windows settings:

Mouse speed: 6/11
Mouse precision: Off

osu! settings:

Mouse speed: 1.0× (if the mouse is 1,000dpi), 1.2× (if the mouse is 800dpi)
Mouse precision: Off
Screen resolution: 640×480 (because my computer is not really good, so I turned down every settings available to the lowest including turning on "Low-end PC")
