Map literally deleted itself, I don't know what else to say.

Drain time is 1 minute with 0 objects placed, ok. I don't know what made this happen but when I opened up my osu client again it was gone. Yes I save every 2 seconds after placing a note so I didn't forget to save.
Background gone, map gone, timing gone, hitsounds gone, wtf.
If there are any methods or ways to recover it let me know, thanks.
(Update: It self reverted itself and made a new .osu file which replaced the current state of the file making it seem like my map disappeared, I deleted the faulty .osu and it fixed itself, I'm still going to leave this thread up as it may happen again in the future and I'd like to have some record of this.)
