anyway it would make for an interesting scene in my head, hard to say how it would fare in daily life. it would probably depend on whether someone actually likes them and has no particular conflicting risks/obligations, as well as who was prepared to learn about and take on their relationship with the cats/pigeons, and how exactly that would change a person's life, and [...]
