[osu!lazer] i dont know how to submit or upload a beatmap

Problem details:
I'm pretty new to Osu! and i downloaded Osu!lazer. I've been playing around with the beatmap editor for a few days now, and I realized that i have no idea how i would make it public for other people to play when i'm done. Also (side question), if i do submit it, and it gets ranked, can i still make changes or add more difficulties?

First of, if a map gets ranked it can no longer be updated/no new diffs can be added, it will be frozen in it's current state since every new change would clear the leaderboard.

Secondly, uploading from lazer is not yet possible as far as I know, so you'll have to use the stable client for that.
You can export yur map in the lazer editor (as .osz file), then simply import it to stable and upload it from the editor there.

You have to export the map to osu!stable and upload it from there. The Beatmap Submission System for osu!lazer will arrive in the future.

When your beatmap gets ranked you can't make any change whatsoever.
