Having issues playing after switching from tab to mouse

i'll try and describe things as clearly as i can

i was originally on mouse the first year i started osu then i switched to tablet but switched back because the tablet was my brother's and he took it back around the start of the year or so

i stopped playing after 3 days of mouse because it was too uncomfortable for me after tablet
i would occasionally start the game and play only one map and leave because again, it felt miserable
now, something like 2-3 months ago, i picked up the game again and actually wanted to try and get back into it with mouse, knowing that i actually wasn't that bad with it before tablet

when i started, it felt just as uncomfortable as it always had, but i kept trying. i was playing regularly but not too much, didnt play things too hard nor too easy
i tried to hold my mouse different ways or position my arm or my body's while i was playing, but nothing came out of any of it and i never found anything i tried comfortable or benefiting my gameplay in anyway

at last i just picked the least problematic grip, sens and position
i can still play everything up until 7 stars or so, but not as well as i used to either on tablet or on mouse before i switched to tab

though my mouse and my mousepad are clean, when i play it always feels like something's sticking, and it makes aiming precisely harder, sometimes it prevents me from accessing some parts of the screen like the corners

when i play, i somehow push my mouse with my palm, which rotates it, but my hand doesn't follow the rotation, so it leaves me in a position where my mouse faces sideways, but my hand faces my screen
either that, or my wrist along with my arm slightly turn right but keeps my hand and mouse straight

i hope to get some advice i still didn't come across yet, because right now i dont really know how much more i can do if i wanna improve on mouse before i get a tablet, if i ever get one

About uncomfortable i play with mouse same way I play every other game and never think is uncomfortable
When I'm playing osu, I only think about hitting circles, nothing else, so I can't help you with that
It's so true that when I play it always feels like something sticks(idk why and is only in osu, I think is because I put a lot of strength on the mouse to control it), but I only feel it after playing, when I'm playing I never think about it(but probably feels at same)
I can't help so much since i didn't played for too long

Well it will take time to get used to the grip. For me it took me a few months before my mouse grip felt normal to me. Even after i switched to tablet it took around 3 months for me to reach the skill i had with my mouse. I would recommend not switching between grips, sensitivity, arm positions etc. but if its preventing you from properly reaching across your screen you should try a different sensitivity at least. It might take you some time to get used to but it will benefit you later.

If you think its not your sensitivity then it could be because of your mouse skates? I'm not very sure of this tho so take it very lightly.

It could be that your hand gripping your mouse isn't very stable. Maybe you're pushing your mouse too much on its side and it rotates the mouse. Having a firm grip with your mouse is important. I used to grip my mouse like this to and it rotated as well. One problem i found was that was my thumb pushing the side of the mouse too much which was also causing it to rotate. I recommend you playing with the relax mod a few time and focus on your aim to see whats actually causing the issue. It will be easier to track down the real problem
