mapset verifier is telling me that my 5.6* single diff map is fully rankable (no errors or warnings) when the drain is 4:20 and the star rating is 5.61* is that correct?

whether a single diff set is rankable doesn't depend on the sr, but on the difficulty level. these are different things and the difficulty level of a map cannot be solely determined by its sr, and it's somewhat subjective as well.
if the diff in question is an expert diff (which, at this sr, it almost certainly is), then no, it is not rankable.
RC:
it uses the sr of the diff to take a guess, but it's not always correct, which is why you can change how the difficulty is interpreted using these buttons.
if you think that your map is an expert diff, and this is set to "Insane", change it to "Expert".
that said, mv usually does interpret 5.6* maps as experts by default, but maybe u changed it accidentally or smth.

i should also mention that just because a map fits the rc for an insane diff doesn't mean it's an insane diff. the diff-specific rc exist to set up rules and guidelines for maps that are of a certain difficulty level, not to tell you which maps you can or can't pass of as an insane diff for example.WitherMite wrote:

While star rating isn't always a reliable measurement for difficulty, it's very unlikely that a 5.6* map is an actual Insane and not an Extra, so in this case it probably wouldn't be rankable as a single diff.

yeah I mean its not a 5.6* anymore and im not planning on ranking it soon if ever I was just curious to know for the future
