osu is using 15% of my gpu & cpu and im getting 100fps

Problem details: so my osu! is not using my cpu and gpu properly and im getting max of 150fps, this causes the cursor in the game to delay and its so annoying to play with mouse delay, help me

osu! version: Cutting Edge 20241029 (normal osu was with same problem)

Hello,

Have you tried to see if there are any limitations like fps limit (in osu), low power mode/eco mode on (on your pc) or any under clocking? If there are any please undo them and see if there is a FPS boost.

And for the cursor delay, there are many reasons for that, but the main one is using the wrong port on your PC like using USB 2.0 instead of 3.0/3.1 or even USB C (only if applicable).
