Why not try skinning for yourself? After all, just like making a beatmap, it takes time to get it done.
Feel free to ask what's your problem here, instead of asking other skinners to make it for you. We'll do our best to help you out on your skinning journey even though it's a starter.

i just need to make a mania skin a little larger, and i kinda need help with that my brain cells aint fully there
You mean by increasing the size of the mania keys and mania notes?
