[osu!stable] I CANT INSTALL OSU ON MY LAPTOP

i try to install osu in my laptop but this appeared to me

the laptop is a acer nitro v15

Did you used to have osu! installed before trying to install it this time?

no i never install in this laptop and didnt work death's answer

the installer open twice the first time create localisation,log folder and osu but the second time it appears to me that error
