[mania] How would I recreate this?

So in Photopea, I've managed to recreate Lunatic Rave 2 GUI to what I preferably want while you're playing (I did this by going into the games files and extracting the .tga). So my questions are what parts of this are even possible to recreate and what would I need to change since some of it is not possible.

also many of the elements aren't LR2 themed since I just duplicated a different skin I had, and make sure to only test stuff on 7k maps since that's what I mainly edited in the skin.

Hi stub92!

Can't access the files publicly, need something to configure in the share option.

It is possible, but you need you need to split them into few skin elements and lots of configuration in the skin.ini:

For the whole GUI of the Lunatic Rave - except the keys, you can cropped it and name it mania-stage-bottom. For the different keys you can use the KeyImage# in the skin.ini under your Keys: 7. And to make borders around each keys and its column, you'll have to adjust the ColumnLineWidth.

There are a lot of things you need to know with osu!mania skinning so I suggest going for a simpler skinning before moving on to this advanced step.

Feel free to check this skin.ini wiki if you're having trouble knowing the whole command lines of it.
And based on what you want to design, you can check out Unryuu's skin here so you can have an idea on how to design the GUI accordingly.
