hey y'all I'm making a skin and wondering if it is possible to have an HP bar specifically for mania, and a different one for standard.

Hi NotDuckie!

You can have a subfolder skin of HP bar elements specially for osu!mania and the rest in general.
However, existing 2 different HP bars at the same time is not possible so your best bet is to switch them unfortunately.
