That stuff hasn't been updated in a decade or smth, you might just need to rely on luck or an UTAU expert.

Use OpenUTAU, it's an easier and open-source version of UTAU that gets updated constantly
You can also use phonemizers in OpenUTAU so you don't have to put stuff like VCV or CVVC notes manually and can just use CV usts

if you are a beginner PLEASE GET MORESAMPLER. that shit changes lives istg

and don't forget to use Kasane Teto (mandatory to use for Utau) she even have OpenUtau VB! and also use MoreSampler because it just a better sampler engine than the built in one.
