How did i lose so much pp/rank ?

I played a map and i lost 500 ranks and 15pp, HOW, the only thing i saw about losing rank when playing was because other players also gain pp, but here, i did a huge choke on a map i already did, full nervous and ending the map with some misses as i was shaky, im sobbing, shedding tears, crying and devastated. WHY, WHY DO THEY ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN, not only i lost one of my top plays since this new one replace the old one because SCORE>PP APPARENTLY? I choked a lot at the end, reducing my accuracy and also pp, i want to cry.

and the old score that i now cannot see since it DISAPPEARED, but the combo was lower, accuracy better and fewer misses, and more pp(245), i fucking lost so much progress, i couldnt play for a while bcs holiday, lost 500ranks, now i play a map il alreay did and do better score but not good acc, i get stop in my tracks and even DIMINISHED, losing even more. this gave me want to not play forever

bruh why are pp not prioritized over score in a top play about PP

Chill. I know it sucks (and it is stupid), but in the long run this is nothing and I'm sure you'll quickly make back the lost ground. Think about it like this, in a year this will be meaningless since you'll probably have improved to the point where both of your plays on this map wouldn't be significant pp for you.

It's always been score over pp in V1, that's why getting score V1'd is a thing.

Seriously, chill. You did it once, you can do it again. Take a day or two away from the game (or at least the map), let yourself relax, and you'll get it again with a better score. There's no point in freaking out THAT much.

i hope so.. but im not that fast to improve so i hope i won't be stagnating

The thing is i could play better than usual during this session but i still didnt even progressed and i even lost somethings, im not sure i could to this again soon, my motivation went plummeting :c
