[osu!stable] skins not existing

Problem details: skins.ini doesn't exist, neither does the skins folder


osu! version: Stable 20240820.1 (latest)

if you don't have any installed skins, you won't find any skins.

Try installing some from https://compendium.skinship.xyz/ . Just drag the downloaded .osk files into your game window and they should import.

From there you should be able to access them in the skins folder.
