- This is a 1v1, osu! standard tournament
- This is an open rank tournament. Players of any skill level may participate
- This is a Finnish tournament. Players must have either the Finnish or Ålandic flag on their osu! profile to participate
- This tournament will be played in Score v2
- All players are subject to official player screening, meaning any misconduct during the past 12 months, or ongoing tournament bans, may void your eligibility to play
- Joining the Discord server is required. Players should change their server nickname to match their osu! username
- The 64 best-performing players will advance from qualifiers into a double elimination bracket stage
- There is no limit on the amount of players who can play qualifiers
- Amount of qualifying players subject to change depending on the number of registrations
- Staff members are not allowed to participate, with the exception of streamers and commentators
- Every match will have a referee present in the lobby
- All match times will be listed in local time (UTC+03)
- Mappools will consist of a No Mod, Hidden, Hard Rock, and Double Time pool, as well as a tiebreaker map
- The qualifiers mappool will not feature a tiebreaker
- Every map will be played with No Fail in addition to the listed mods
General Rules
- All platforms affiliated with oft, such as Discord and Twitch, are subject to the osu! community rules, as well as the rules and terms of service of the platforms themselves
- Players are expected to uphold a competitive and friendly environment, and to treat tournament staff and other players with respect
- This includes keeping matches running smoothly and avoiding deliberate delays
- Any foul play, including but not limited to: cheating, bracket manipulation, and failure to cooperate in match rescheduling, is strictly prohibited
- The organizers reserve the right to change these rules at any time and as they see fit, within reason. Any possible rule changes will be communicated to the players. The hosts also reserve the right to punish any participating player for misconduct during the tournament, which may lead to disqualification

- All matches will have a dedicated referee present
- Players will receive invites from the referee to their match a few minutes in advance. Players have 10 minutes past the match time to join the lobby
- Should a player not be present after the grace period, the opposing player will win the match by default
- Both players are allowed to pick one warmup map with a maximum length of 3:30 minutes
- At the start of the match after warmups, both players will !roll
- The winner of the roll will choose either the pick or the ban order
- The loser of the roll will choose the remaining order
- Players have 2 minutes to pick or ban a map
- Failing to choose a map in time will void that pick, and the pick skips to the other player. The rest of the order will remain unchanged
- Banned maps are effectively removed from the mappool for the duration of the match
- Starting from quarterfinals, both players will have two bans. The bans will follow a snaking order (ABBA)
- Map picks will follow an alternating order. Should a match get to the last point (i.e. 8 maps played in a best-of-9) with no winner, the tiebreaker map will be played
- Round of 16 and earlier will be best-of-9 (first to 5)
- Quarterfinals and Semifinals will be best-of-11 (first to 6)
- Finals and Grand Finals will be best-of-13 (first to 7)
- The tiebreaker map will have freemod enabled, with Hidden, Hard Rock and/or Easy allowed. Picking a mod on the tiebreaker is optional and not required
- Players are free to choose a qualifier lobby of their preferred time
- The assigned referee will create the lobby before the match time
- Players will receive invites from the referee to their lobby a few minutes in advance. Players have 5 minutes past the match time to join the lobby
- Would a player miss their lobby, they are allowed to reschedule to any future lobby if applicable
- The qualifiers mappool will be played through in the lobby in the order on the spreadsheet, exactly once
- After all lobbies have concluded, the 64 best-performing players will advance into the bracket stage
- Qualifiers will be seeded using the "zipf" formula; each score on a map is scored by
100 / (#rank + 14)
and a player's points are the average of these scores
