honestly just play whatever you like just don't go too slow because it can hurt you in higher difficulty maps

If you mean scroll speed, that also depends on the skin you are using. If it's a big circle, I think 20-25 could fit.
You can try decreasing or raising when you feel it's too fast or too slow to hit perfectly
