Timing is wrong.
1st point:
1720 = offset
170 = bpm

2nd point :
90704 = offset
207 = bpm
..aaaaaaaand i suggest to forget about 3rd timing point, it's not necessary. make it for all diffs + resnap all notes...

Remove "JUBEAT,russian,snowy,dance" from tags, because you have this words in title and artist. Add "classic" to the tags. Make it for all diffs
BG must be 800x600 or 1024x768. Your bg is 800x499, change it and make full submit
white2.png is not using, remove + full submit
CTB diffuculties are unrankable. I suggest to replace it from mapset into "Creator's Words" like here : http://osu.ppy.sh/s/13320
I suggest to rename "normal". "Taiko" will be better, imo.

timing:
请更改所有的红线,让重音对准长白线。
overall:
spacing在你的图里面是个大问题。。
作图的时候请打开distance snaping tool来保证spacing不会变的太超乎常理。

Easy:
还是感觉这个diff有些地方有点。。。空白的感觉。。
00:46:851 (4) - (6)像这里,我感觉中间可以放一个note。。全空着真的有点别扭。。

Normal:

额。。我觉得要remap。

总之先把spacing理清吧。。
突然的spacing变化没有一定map基础还是不要随便乱用。。这样只会让你的图变得更2.。
总之先尝试下用一个spacing排完全图。不是说跳不能放,跳一定要放的自然,让人感觉到:哦,接下来是个跳。
不能特别突然一个不和节奏的杀人跳之类的。。

最后提个建议:多打图,首先学习下map高手们的梗,最好能够拿过来作为自己的东西。

首先你要明白tag图的定义。
tag图的名字来源于MP里的一个模式:tag coop。
意思是许多人通过接力的方式打同一张图。所以才会出现一些不可理解的跳。
tag图并不是乱跳就行的。。是很需要map基础的。
建议你至少要有1张rank图才来考虑下做tag4.

jubeat is not the artist. Mutsuhiko Izumi belongs in the artist
jubeat should not be capitalized
Source should be jubeat ripples
The 2nd bpm should be 205.00 with an offset of 90631.
A third uniherited section of 240 bpm with an offset 104,313 has to be inserted
Use the same tick rate for all difficulties. Use a tick rate of 1 is suggested. 0.5 is never recommended for use.

Easy:
That slider velocity is sooooooooo slow.
00:10:144 (7) - new combo here please.
00:13:321 (11) - new combo here.
00:35:468 (1) - do not start this on the 1/4th tick. start this on the next big white tick on the timeline.
00:46:850 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17) - this pattern is so clustered and impossible to read in my opinion. especially for an easy player. please change this.
00:58:850 (2,3) - these notes are too close together.
00:59:556 (3) - end this on the white tick. not the 1/4th tick.
01:03:791 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - this is really simple and really boring. add some creativity to it.
01:09:438 (5) - new combo here.

01:24:968 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - spread these out. add some creativity to it.

This difficulty could also use some more hitsounding.

00:39:791 (5,6,7) - the spacing between these notes are un-equal. this is also very ugly. try to space these out correctly.

00:46:850 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - i do not recommend this on a Normal. its also very ugly. try to do something new here.
00:46:850 (5) - new combo if your not gonna follow the previous mod.
00:49:674 (9) - new combo if your not gonna follow the mod before the previous one.
00:52:497 (1,2,3,4) - again I also do not recommend this. its ugly and boring and might be hard for Normal players. please change this.
01:02:379 (5) - grab the middle grid point of this slider and move it to the right so the slider becomes even and symmetrical.
01:06:615 (5) - new combo here.
01:08:026 (7,8) - these are just plain no here. please remove them and use some other sliders. not to sound rude but preferably ones that make sense.
01:09:438 (9) - new combo here please.
01:15:085 (1) - grab the 2nd grid point of this slider and move is to the left so much that the slider becomes even and symemtrical.
01:18:615 (5,6,7) - these notes are unequally spaced. please fix this.
01:20:732 (8) - new combo here.
01:23:556 (1) - this spinner jsut might be a bit fast and sudden for normal players.
01:24:968 (1,2,3) - make some pretty design with these notes.
01:26:379 (4,5,6) - ^
01:27:791 (7,8,9) - ^

00:02:203 (1) - remove new combo here.
00:13:497 (2,3,4) - the increase in spacine here is not that pretty nor does it fit. change this please.
00:18:968 (3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2) - this entire section of slider speed ups do not fit what so ever. they also do not make any sense. please change this.
Okay this difficulty makes no sense to me.
AiMod usually isn't good for spacing mods but in the case for this difficulty. I suggest fixing the bulk of the spacing issues here.

Call me back in about 25 stars for a re-check.
